4. Price and Payment

• The service price is the amount specified during the reservation process.
• Payment may be made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods offered on the website.
• Payment transactions are processed through the iyzico payment infrastructure.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, accommodation services provided for a specific date or period are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Therefore, the Guest does not have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the terms specified in the rate plan selected during the reservation.

7. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices, Turkey.
